Before or After (playbeforeorafter.com) is run by Soft Sync Solutions LLC ("we"). By using the site or paying for Before or After+, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use it.

The game

The daily round is free. It's a game, for entertainment. We try to get the history right, but we don't promise that every date or fact is accurate or complete.

Before or After+

Before or After+ is a subscription, billed monthly or yearly at the price shown at checkout. It renews automatically and charges your payment method each period until you cancel. You can cancel any time through "Manage subscription". Cancelling stops future charges, and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.

All payments are final. We don't give refunds or credits, including for partial periods, unused time, or content you didn't play, except where the law requires it. Tips are voluntary gifts and are not refundable. They don't buy you anything.

We can change prices. A new price applies to your subscription only from the next renewal after we tell you about it. We can add, change or remove rounds, packs and features, and we can stop offering the service. If we stop it for good, we'll cancel future renewals.

Access is tied to your browser and to the phone number you gave at checkout. Keep that number current. We aren't responsible for access you lose because you cleared your browser or changed your number.

Fair use

Don't abuse the site: no scraping, no automated play, no interfering with how it runs, and no misuse of the text-code system. We can end access for anyone who does, without a refund.

No warranty

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or always available.

Limit of liability

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any lost data, profits or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim about the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

You agree to indemnify us against claims that come from your misuse of the service or your breach of these terms.

Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Any dispute will be handled individually, in the state or federal courts in New Castle County, Delaware, not as a class action, class arbitration or representative action.

Changes

We may update these terms. If you keep using the site after an update, you accept the new terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
